It is important to note that a 20% premium is applied to the base rate for bookings that commence with a pickup between the hours of 1am and 6am. If a premium hour booking is made prior to a prior night booking, the rate charged is $125.00 per hour, with a minimum of two hours.
To confirm a booking date and time, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Kindly refer to our terms and conditions if you require a change to the date or time.
In the event that additional time is required beyond the initial reserved time frame, an hourly rate of $125 per hour will be charged. The hourly rate is based on the nearest 15-minute increment ($31.25) and rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes at the discretion of the driver.
We prefer to pick up at a central location to maximize your party time experience. Party-On! Shuttle can pick your group up two different central locations: 1) at Georgia Mac’s 1440 E. Republic Rd., Springfield, MO or 2) at Wire Road Brewery 4453 Timbercreek Ave., Battlefield, MO. Please ask your group to be at the desired location early so we’re not waiting with your clock ticking.
We can pick up and drop off at up to 4 different locations within 10 miles of the Springfield city limits but your chargeable time starts at first pick up and ends at final drop off. See the terms and conditions for the added time charges.
Built-in coolers are furnished for use on the bus and are initially filled with ice free. You can bring your coolers and preferred beverages to transfer into the Party-On! cooler station or we can swap them out IF your cooler will fit.
Windows and Passenger Movement: Fore everyone’s safety, we ask that all body parts and no items are to be extended outside of the windows. All passengers are asked to be remain seated and any movement is at the passenger’s own discretion and risk.
MINORS & ALCOHOL: IF any minors are on board during any duration of the rental, ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL may be consumed until all minors have left. ANYONE under 21 years of age is considered a minor by Missouri State Law and are prohibited from drinking any alcoholic beverages.
SMOKING and/or DAMAGE: Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, or any other burning consumables are expressly prohibited inside of the bus during the duration of the rental. Any violation of this rule, you will be charged a $250.00 refresh fee and $125 fee for any burn spots anywhere within the vehicle. Damage: Any damage to any of the audio or video equipment within the bus will be charged for the replacement cost of damaged items plus labor of $50/hr. to replace any of the damaged equipment.
VOMITING and/or ANY OTHER BODILY FLUIDS: There are disposable throw-up bags located below the front of the seats. The driver will demonstrate locations and usage prior to departing. IF a passenger creates a bodily fluid mess that requires a clean-up, a $250 clean-up fee will be accessed to the booking parties credit card.
Party-On! Shuttle is not responsible for any delays due to excessive wait time(s) in boarding or off boarding the vehicle, passengers being late delaying departure, heavy traffic, accidents, bad weather or any other occurrences outside of Party-On! Shuttle’s control in not making your agenda of locations in the allotted time you reserved for this planned event.
FIGHTING, VIOLENCE or DISTRACTING DRIVER: Party-On! Shuttle has a 0 tolerance for any type of on-board fighting, violence, or rough housing which may distract driver. For safety reasons of all passengers and/or employees of Party-On! Shuttle, PLEASE refrain from distracting the driver while the vehicle is in motion. The Driver has full authority to stop the bus at the nearest safe spot and dismiss all passengers at that point if there is any violation of this rule, and you will be charged in full no matter where you are in the duration of the reserved time. You will be responsible for any cost in getting your party back to any starting point or personal vehicle.
PERSONAL PROPERTY: Party-On! Shuttle is not responsible for any forgotten, left, lost or stolen articles in the vehicle at any given time .
ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: Illegal substances are prohibited on the bus at all times and will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule is grounds for immediate termination of event and you will be charged the entire fee in full. Violator of this rule is grounds for ejection from the bus at time of violation.
DEPOSIT, PAYMENT, and GRATUITY: There is a 50% deposit at the time of booking, to hold your event date, and timeframe. The deposit will be applied to your final balance if the event is fulfilled as scheduled. IF the event is canceled within 72 hours prior to the scheduled event, the deposit is non-refundable. If the event is canceled or re-scheduled prior to the 72-hour window, 50% of the deposit will be refunded or 100% will be kept for the new scheduled date. PAYMENT in full is expected prior to the beginning of scheduled event and can be made in cash or on deposited credit card prior to departure.
GRATUITY is 20% minimum on the base fee only and doesn’t apply to any potential damage/clean-up charges. DRIVERS WORK FOR TIPS ONLY, SO PLEASE TIPP ACCORDINGLY AND ARE TO BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE DRIVER. They control your safety and your party’s success!.
VIOLATIONS: I understand and agree to all terms, conditions, and potential added cost noted above within this agreement.
